Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
WORTHÉ ("we," "our," or "the App") is operated by Vantage Point Enterprises LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the WORTHÉ mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
When you create a WORTHÉ account, we collect:
- Account information: display name, email address, and password (securely hashed and never stored in plain text).
- Profile information: avatar selection, profile background, bio, and any custom photos you choose to upload.
- Content you create: posts in Circles, Confession Wall entries, Exchange listings, direct messages, prayer requests, and game activity.
- Safe Meet Check-In information: meeting location, time, and the name and phone number of the emergency contact you choose to notify. This information is only shared with the contact you select and is used solely for your safety.
- Device and usage information: basic technical data such as device type and app version, used to maintain and improve the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To enable Circles, messaging, the Confession Wall, the Exchange, and other community features
- To facilitate Safe Meet Check-Ins for your personal safety
- To detect and respond to content that may indicate a risk of self-harm, in accordance with our crisis support protocols
- To maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our community
3. Anonymous Features
The Confession Wall and certain Circle posts (such as the Prayer Wall) allow you to post anonymously. When you choose to post anonymously, your display name is not shown to other users. However, WORTHÉ retains the ability to identify the account associated with anonymous posts internally for safety, moderation, and legal compliance purposes.
Crisis Detection: WORTHÉ uses automated keyword detection in the Confession Wall and Direct Messages to identify language that may indicate a mental health crisis or risk of self-harm. When such language is detected, the app displays crisis support resources, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and Crisis Text Line. This detection is automated and is intended to provide helpful resources, it is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

- Other users, limited to the information you choose to display on your profile, your posts in Circles, and messages you send.
